Beams
a long, strong squared piece of steel that lays in a horizontal axis across openings, usually supporting the roof or floor.
Columns
a vertical pillar made from a sturdy material that supports the structure being established. At Skyline, our columns are made from steel.
Channels/Angles
a steel item that provides the ability to absorb sound due to placing it between two sides of plasterboard walls.
Tube Steel
a long piece of steel that is either hollowed out in a round, squared, rectangular, and/or oval shape at the tip and endpoint sections. They're mainly used for pressure equipment, mechanical applications, and instrumentation systems.
Pipe
a cylindrical steel tube used mainly to transport the flow of liquid.
Stairs
a repetitive series of platforms designed to take someone to another section of a building.
Catwalks
an elevated walking surface created to allow people to have a safe access area to conveyor systems in material handling settings.
Platforms
a self-supportive, prefabricated flat structure made out of partially welded components.
Grating
an open grid assembled out of metal bars that are designed to be parallel with one another.
Guardrails
a system of building parts placed near the open sides of the handrails in order to minimize accidental falls to lower elevations.
Handrails
a type of rail designed to be gripped by the hand to provide support. These items are mainly found with stairs.
Picket Rails
a type of rail that is manufactured from posts, pickets, and a top rail. Some other rails may include both top and bottom with minor additions.
Ladders
a long vertical device that allows the user to exceed from a lower elevation to a higher one.

Bollards
a short post mainly used for protection to prevent someone from infiltrating the perimeter.
Embeds
a device that allows steel to connect itself to concrete foundations.

Joist
a support structure used for the ceiling or floor of buildings. They're laid down parallel with each other.
Deck
a flat, corrugated metal sheet used for ceiling or floor surfaces.
Bridge Erection
installing reinforcements to bridges for upgraded support. We use steel to make our bridge work more durable and last longer.
